To create and fulfil orders, process payments, provide support, and meet legal and tax obligations.
The rider assigned to your order, payment providers to process a transaction, and authorities where legally required. We do not sell personal data.
Order and financial records are retained for the period required by Libyan tax and commercial law; GPS trails are retained for a bounded, shorter period.
You may request a copy of your data or ask that your account be closed and your personal data anonymized, subject to records we are legally required to keep.
