These terms govern your use of OnTime to request, track, and receive deliveries within our served zones in Libya.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for the accuracy of the pickup, delivery, and payment details you provide.
A price is an estimate until an operator confirms it; the confirmed price is what you are charged, whether paid in cash on delivery or electronically.
We aim to deliver within the window shown at booking. Delays caused by traffic, weather, or an incorrect address are outside our control but will be communicated as soon as known.
Declared value at booking is the basis for any compensation for loss or damage; undeclared or underdeclared value limits what can be recovered.
We may suspend an account for fraud, abuse, or repeated policy violations, with notice where practicable.
