About OnTime

Delivery built around Libyan stores and their customers

We started OnTime to make delivering in Libya predictable: clear prices, cash that is accounted for, and parcels you can follow.

Our story

Why we built OnTime

Online shopping in Libya runs on cash on delivery and phone calls. Stores told us the hard part was not selling — it was knowing where a parcel was, why it failed, and when the cash would come back.

So we built a network and a platform together. Regional agencies run riders and offices on the ground; one system records every pickup, attempt, payment and return, and shows it to the people who need it.

How we are organised

One platform, three levels

The structure that lets us grow city by city without losing control of quality.

  1. 1

    OnTime HQ

Sets tariffs, opens regions, approves agencies and watches quality and finance across the network.

  2. 2

    Regional agencies

Local partners who run riders and offices in their cities, approve stores and earn a commission on each delivery.

  3. 3

    Stores and customers

Create parcels, follow them live, handle returns and receive their payouts.

What guides us

Our values

  • Reliability

We do what we say, and when we can't, we tell you why.

  • Transparency

Prices, fees and payouts you can check parcel by parcel.

  • Partnership

Agencies and stores grow with us; we succeed when they do.

  • Local knowledge

Teams who know their city, their streets and their customers.
