Home delivery
Door-to-door delivery to your customer's address, with a call before the rider arrives.
Our rider calls the recipient, agrees a time and hands the parcel over at the door. If nobody is home, we note the reason and try again — up to three attempts before the parcel goes back to the sender.

How it works

Frequently asked questions
What happens if the recipient is not home?
The rider records the reason and we try again. After three failed attempts the parcel is returned to the sender.
